Once you’ve booked your wedding photography, our goal is to make the process
as seamless and stress-free as possible by getting to know you and your love
story, so we can handle your photography preferences, style, and key moments
you’d like captured.

After understanding your wedding vision, you’ll be matched with a photographer
and/or videographer who will co-create a customized photography experience
for your wedding day.
During this process, you’ll have open and direct communication with your
photographer/videographer for calls and messages to discuss any details or
changes before your celebration.

During your engagement session or your wedding day, you can trust that your
photographer and videographer will capture all the moments we discussed
before by following a detailed shot list co-developed with you.

I used Tolman Media for the photography and videography of my wedding on 12/2/22. I was a little nervous when booking because the packages are a lot cheaper with this company than anywhere else I found, but WOW I LOVE the photos!

OT and Anthony were AMAZING!! They were interactive, patient with us and our family members while trying to get everyone together for photos and just all around very very great! Do you shoot elopements?
Yes, we offer elopement photography and videography as a standalone service. We understand that elopements require a different approach than traditional weddings, focusing on the intimate moments between just the two of you. Our elopement packages are specifically designed to capture the simplicity and emotion of your special day.
How will I stay connected?
We prioritize clear and timely communication to make your planning experience as smooth and stress‑free as possible. You’ll have access to our online planning portal, where you can manage key details at your convenience. You’ll also be supported by a dedicated wedding manager who will help bring your vision to life. To ensure everything is perfectly planned, you'll have at least two scheduled planning meetings with our team
What photography style do you offer?
We blend traditional and photojournalistic approaches—capturing both classic posed portraits and candid, spontaneous moments that tell your unique love story. Photojournalistic means no posing, just real, unstated storytelling. Prefer one style over the other? Let us know, and we’ll tailor the perfect mix (or go full traditional or full photojournalistic) to match your vision.

We’re proud to lead with transparency and integrity—our prices are displayed front and center with no hidden fees or surprises. In addition to our clear, all‑inclusive packages, you can choose from optional add‑ons during the selection process to tailor your coverage:

How does your team approach work?
After booking, you'll be assigned a dedicated wedding manager who creates a private client portal for you, your photographer, videographer, and any other vendors involved. This ensures all communication happens in one organized space, so nothing gets missed and everyone stays on the same page throughout the process.
Do you cover international weddings?
Currently, we focus on capturing love stories within the U.S., particularly in Florida. However, if you're planning an international wedding, reach out to us—we’d be happy to discuss possibilities!
How do we get our wedding photos?
Your wedding photos will be delivered through an online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your images. While physical prints are not included, you’ll have the option to order high-quality prints directly from your gallery.
Do you print our photos?
Yes, we do! You can order professional-quality prints directly from your online gallery. As a bonus, we offer 30% off all print orders so you can preserve your memories beautifully.
